What is Traklio?

Traklio is an enterprise construction project management and collaboration platform built by DaxionTech. It centralises project planning, task execution, document control, RFIs, submittals, inspections, procurement, financial tracking, and AI analytics into a single workspace.

Who is Traklio designed for?

Traklio supports every role in the construction ecosystem — from Company Owners and Project Managers to Site Engineers, Contractors, Consultants, Suppliers, and EPC Teams. Each role gets tailored permissions and purpose-built workflows.

Can Traklio integrate with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project?

Integration with AutoCAD, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and BIM platforms is on our roadmap. Currently we support Cloudflare R2, Amazon S3, SAP, Oracle, and major ERP systems.

Is our data hosted securely?

Yes. We offer region-specific data residency (EU, UK, UAE, US, SG) to comply with GDPR and local data protection laws. Enterprise clients can also opt for on-premise or private cloud deployment.

Does Traklio work offline on site?

Yes. Traklio Mobile (iOS & Android) is designed for remote sites with a sync-when-connected architecture — it works in tunnels, basements, and low-connectivity environments.

How long does onboarding take?

For Professional accounts, onboarding is self-serve and takes minutes. For Enterprise, our typical pilot-to-production cycle is 4–6 weeks depending on integration and data migration requirements.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Traklio offers a free tier with up to 2 active projects and 5 team members. No credit card required. Upgrade to Professional or Enterprise as your needs grow.

What support options are available?

Free accounts have community support. Professional plans include priority email and chat support. Enterprise clients get a dedicated success manager and custom SLA.
